Ephemeral Atmospheres stands as a testament to the power of participatory
design in bridging cultures and generations. After fieldwork in both
Colombia and Denmark, the methodology was successfully tested in the Danish context, confirming its adaptability and resonance across diverse environments. The process not only validated the importance of centering children's voices in design but also revealed how deep, empathetic engagement can generate meaningful and lasting connections between people, places, and practices.
